Final report of the priority action A-037-23

The aim of this focus campaign was to obtain an up-to-date overview of the contamination of cocoa and cocoa products offered on the Austrian market with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), mycotoxins (aflatoxin, ochratoxin A and citrinin), cadmium and aluminium.

41 samples from all over Austria were analysed.
